7. Flannel sheets. I do love crisp cotton sheets and if it wasn't such a waste of resources I would love to have clean crisp sheets on my bed everyday. But in winter flannel rules. About the only downside to flannel sheets is that there isn't a cold side to the pillow. And they make it really hard to get out of bed in the morning....but that's not entirely a bad thing.
